After hosting VMB once again in 2003, and staying for four years on the network that discovered her, Fernanda decided to take a break and take a year off to think about her life and redefine her goals and priorities.

Even so, in 2004, she was on two movies: on Didi quer ser criança, as Sandrinha, directed by Alexandre Boury and Fernando Boury, and on A dona da história, as Maria Helena, directed by Daniel Filho.
